Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential business clients via various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and tailored pitches for target businesses.
- Adapt quickly to Neurotime’s working processes, embodying a culture of extreme transparency and full dedication.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, sales presentations, and follow-up communication with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, actively seeking ways to improve efficiency and meet targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business clients.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic working processes and embrace a culture of transparency and commitment.
- High motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and a keen interest in the industry sector we operate in.
Working hours:
M-F: 9:00-18:00 (onsite)
Salary:
500-1000 AZN + 5% commission, up to 2.000 AZN total
