Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will be integral in building and maintaining the architecture used for data collection, storage, and analysis. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals and gain valuable industry experience.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer/Software Engineer with Python.

Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)

Advanced working knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Substantial experience developing production ETL pipelines.

Working knowledge of Django, Git, Linux, and Docker.

Fundamental knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Experience creating scalable data models for analytics.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting ideas to peers and across the team.

Responsibilities:

Develop new data solutions and optimize existing ones.

Construct, test, and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems.

Recommend and implement ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.

Create pipelines for data extraction using tools and frameworks such as Airflow, Selenium.

Migrate and optimize current data operations to ensure data quality and resilience.
