TV and radio monitoring: what it verifies and why it matters
Broadcast is still where many Azerbaijani audiences hear about brands. TV and radio monitoring shows when and where you — and your competitors — were on air.
What it verifies
Whether an advertisement was broadcast, on which channel or station, at what time and how often; and where your brand was mentioned in programmes. Advertisers check delivery against the media plan, agencies show clients evidence, and communications teams see broadcast coverage next to online coverage.
How detection works
Monitored channels and stations are recorded continuously. Known advertisements are registered as references and found automatically in the recordings, each detection logged with a timestamp. Results are updated hourly and kept in a permanent archive.
Why it matters
Paid airtime is a large budget line; verification protects it. Competitive advertising data shows when rivals launch campaigns. And because TV and radio results sit in MediaEye together with news and social mentions, you see the full picture of a campaign in one report — see TV and radio monitoring.
